Coming to you with a bizarre and baffling turn of events:

The good news? FedEx's API issues from yesterday were officially resolved! 

The bad news? USPS was down for over 2 hours this morning with our label partner, Shippo causing a new set of delays.

Experiencing two major carrier disruptions in a row has been far and away from ideal. Both disruptions halted order processing and label creation and have compounded order fulfillment delays. 

We're proud of our crew working with the punches and staying focused on shipping out as many orders as possible. This afternoon, we're refocusing other warehouse teams to fulfillment and hopeful to make a huge dent in getting caught up.

We'll send an overall fulfillment status update by tomorrow morning but in the meantime, lean on your Account Manager for any concerns or questions that pop up.
