With four years of Nice operations and account services under his belt, Will is taking on new responsibilities as our Head of Accounts including: 

Oversees all Account 

• Overseeing all account managers + partner relations

Directly handling escalations

• Managing general partner 

communications and updates

ALEX WOLFE

 

Alex is actively transitioning from leading our B2B shipping department to helping increase our account support capacity by:


Monitoring support tickets and providing quick solutions for all partners

Managing accounts for existing and new partners
