Today, we encountered an issue with our warehouse system affecting order processing. Pick totes were not clearing as usual upon order fulfillment, leading to discrepancies in inventory updates.

Upon investigation, Shiphero confirmed a system-wide problem and implemented Operator Holds on all affected orders until they resolved the issue. Unfortunately, this fix is taking longer than expected.

Please refrain from adjusting orders in your store or in ShipHero until this issue is fully resolved. This includes adjusting their Operator hold/s, fixing inventory, or setting orders as fulfilled. Any additional changes from your end may complicate the resolution process. Once the data is fully corrected, ShipHero will automatically remove these orders from hold status.

Despite this issue, our teams have continued outbound operations but are experiencing some delays since our order-picking processes have been heavily impacted. We’ll send an update when the problem has been fully resolved!
