Nice Clients,
Our team is back in action today, quickly working through the backlog of orders from yesterday's unexpected weather closing. With the volume we've been experiencing this week, we expect to get fully clean by EOD Friday. As always, we are prioritizing oldest and expedited services.
Looking ahead, our warehouse will be closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, January 15th, with USPS also pausing their pickup and delivery services on this day.
We expect to have a packed Sunday crew this weekend working ahead of orders and putting us in a great place when normal operations resume on Tuesday, January 16th.

Per our agreements, our order cut-offs are estimates and subject to change during high-volume periods, preorders, out-of-stock backlogs, and other circumstances outside of our direct control such as holidays and weather. Since our WMS does not have the ability to exclude holidays from standard fulfillment days, some orders may present as late. We will be working on oldest and expedited services for our fulfillment schedule post-holiday weekend. See our 2024 operating schedule here.
