The end is in sight! This week kicks off carrier deadlines for Christmas delivery. Each carrier and service has different deadlines, so make sure you're communicating the appropriate cutoffs to your customers across multiple channels.
Without fail, there are shipping delays each year around this time, so we suggest padding cutoffs by a day or two to ensure your orders get delivered on time. See our recommendations below:

With Christmas and the new year quickly approaching, our team will be taking some much-deserved time off. See our operating schedule between Christmas and January 1st, below:
- Friday, December 22nd: Normal operating day
- Monday, December 25th: CLOSED
- Tuesday, December 26th: CLOSED
- Wednesday, December 27th - Friday, December 29th: Open, essential operations
- Monday, January 1st: CLOSED

Our team is continuing to work on returns, prioritizing oldest first. We expect return volumes to peak around the second week of January.
