Dropping in for a mid-Cyber week fulfillment pulse. November has officially become our biggest fulfillment month ever, which means you all have been CRUSHING those holiday sales. We hope your team feels just as energized and excited about the momentum as we do.

Since Black Friday, our team has pulled late hours and extra shifts to help get us ahead and have been outpacing incoming orders each day. With this trajectory, we hope to be caught up on orders by EOD Friday.

We are continuing to prioritize older and expedited orders each day, but due to some of our high-volume processes, like bulk shipping, you may see newer orders ship “out of order.” If any specific orders need attention, please reach out to [email protected].
