- Thursday, November 23rd: The warehouse will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving.
- Friday, November 24th: Black Friday - All ops focussed on fulfillment. Inbound/outbound freight, and SOW work is paused.
- Saturday, November 25th - Sunday, November 26th: We'll have teams working through the weekend to stay on top of orders. Account Managers will be monitoring [email protected].
- Saturday, November 25th: Extra USPS pickup scheduled.
- Tuesday, November 28th: Inbound freight and SOW resumes.
- Wednesday, November 29th: Outbound freight resumes.

Black Friday Showed Up Early (like, way early)

Last week we saw order volumes reaching levels similar to those seen on Black Friday last year.
🛍️ Thursday and Friday were big sale drops for many Nice brands last week.
⬆️ Our Sunday crew processed +40% more last Sunday compared to their normal volume.
📈 We anticipate an additional order and fulfillment increase of +50% this week into next week.

- Please give your Account Manager a heads-up if your team extends holiday sales and promotions. Having your current sales plans has been a game changer for anticipating volume and staffing needs. Thank you!
- Our pals at USPS will be making extra pickups from our warehouse the weekend of November 25th and December 2nd to help keep your orders moving.
