This Wednesday, September 13th, our team is conducting a quarterly warehouse training day.
On Wednesday, we will work hard to fulfill as many orders as possible before training starts at noon. Priority and expedited services will continue as normal throughout the day, but depending on order volume, there may be a one-day delay in some general fulfillment.

Training days, scheduled once a quarter, help ensure our team can remain flexible and on-task when we are short-staffed or experiencing high volumes in different departments.
As our team continues to grow, these training days will help ensure everyone is up to date on standards and remain flexible to tackle ready the ever-increasing fulfillment demands.

As part of Nice's liability insurance requirements, we need to start documenting the cost of goods (COGS) for every product stored with us. Having COGs documented and easily accessible prepares us for any inventory-related conversations we might have while your products are under our care.
Please prioritize providing this information in the spreadsheet labeled "COGS Request" found in your shared Google drive. Reach out to your account manager with any questions!

With Q4 right around the corner, we've been experiencing an uptick in SOW requests.
If you know of any current or incoming product that needs help getting sales-ready before the holiday rush, get in touch with your account manager ASAP to ensure we can schedule and knock it out before your deadline.

Starting with the most recent August invoices, we've updated our fee structure to provide more clarity and transparency.
Instead of a bundled order/first pick fee, order and pick fees will now be listed separately. This doesn't change your total charges but aims to offer clearer insight into your monthly orders and costs.

Old Billing: Base Pick (order and first pick) $2.50 Additional Pick: $0.50/ea
