A New Filter for RTS Packages
|
In addition to "Pending", "Warehouse Complete", and "Complete" you can now filter your return statuses by "Return to Sender". We hope this additional filter can help you monitor and action these returns more quickly. Find more information about our return statuses here.

In July, one of the leading returns platforms, Returnly, announced its closure and an official partnership with Loop to transition clients before they shut down services in October. Thankfully, this only caused disruption for a few Nice partners. See current options for return integrations here.

Reminders Heading into Q4

- Take a look at your storage inventory report in your shared drive and identify slow-moving inventory. Create bundling or sales around these items during the holiday season to get them off the shelves and reduce storage fees.

- November-December warehouse deadlines, blackout dates, and carrier deadlines will be shared at the top of October.

🛠️ Recent Fixes + Updates 🛠️

- Split Warehousing: We now have the ability to put rules in place when working with another fulfillment location to ensure orders are segmented and filtered more seamlessly.
- Automations: You can now use automations to subtract, add, or swap products when inventory runs out.
- Net Terms: For brands that have a separate wholesale store, settings have been updated to allow retail orders to ship while keeping the payment status as "pending".
- Ground Advantage: We've seen a 5% decrease in label costs for packages over 1lb since USPS Ground Advantage took effect in July. There have been no changes for packages under 1lb. We're continuing to monitor the service and look for more cost savings.
