Hey Nice Partners, 

We’re reaching out to let you know of a fraudulent email attempt impersonating Sydney Anderson and our accounting team at Sovereign.

This phishing attempt is using a subtly changed email address to send messages claiming an ACH has not been received and requesting payments to an alternative bank account. These emails are not legitimate and should be disregarded.

As a reminder:

• All invoices are sent and paid through QuickBooks, with payments routed to our business bank account at Service First Bank. 
• Nice Commerce and Sovereign will never ask you to send payment to a private or personal bank account. 
• Any changes to payment instructions should be treated as suspicious unless they are confirmed directly through your Nice Commerce Account Manager

If you receive an email that seems unusual, urgent, or asks you to change how you typically pay invoices, please do not click links, download attachments, or reply to the sender.

If you have already received a message like this, please forward it to your Account Manager  so we can review and document it on our end.
