As we head into the final stretch of Q4 (we can see the light ✨), we wanted to take a moment to share our holiday operating schedule through the end of the year, along with a thanks for running this wild sales season alongside us! 

Warehouse Holiday Schedule:

Our warehouse will be closed or on abreviated schedule on the following dates so our team can spend time with loved ones:

• Closed: Wednesday, December 24 – Christmas Eve

• Closed: Thursday, December 25 – Christmas Day

  • FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL are also non-operational
• Abbreviated: Wednesday, December 31 - New Year's Eve
  • The team will fulfill all orders through our noon/same-day cut-off. 

• Closed: Thursday, January 1 – New Year’s Day

  • FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL are also non-operational

Reading Returns:

Now that we're past the peak fulfillment window, we’ve started shifting additional staffing resources to help bolster our returns department. While we’re adding capacity and working hard to get and stay current, this time of year typically brings over 10x our normal volume of returns. Because of that, you may still see some delays in processing. 

If you have any returns that need to be expedited, please reach out to your Account Manager so we can prioritize them accordingly.
