If you were a fly on the wall in our warehouse this past week, you’d hear one word on repeat: Insane.

Order volume? Insane. Carrier bins filled since Friday? Insane. The number of brands blowing past their highest thresholds ever? Yep—insane.

Amidst all the (crazy good) insanity, we wanted to share a quick rundown on where we're standing mid-week:

• The warehouse team has fulfilled over 95% of all orders placed through Cyber Monday. 
  • While we prioritize older and expedited orders, some high-volume workflows—like bulk shipping—may cause newer orders to ship slightly “out of order.”
• Please continue to check and resolve any order holds - especially address holds, as we've seen those grow this week. 
• We're aiming to get clean and current on all orders by EOD, Friday.
