🗓️ Share your promotional calendar with your Accounts Manager ASAP to help our warehouse anticipate order volume.
📋 Submit Q4 SOW requests to your Accounts Manager by November 14th to be completed in time for BFCM.
🐢 Save $$$ on storage costs by creating holiday discounts around slow-moving and overstock inventory. - Review your new Sales by SKU 2025 report (Shared Drive> 7. Reporting and Invoicing) to identify products with high inventory levels and a low 30-day sell-through rate.
🚛 Schedule your inbound and outbound freight around our warehouse blackout dates, shared below.
🔎 Brush up on general "how-tos" like fixing address issues, resolving order holds, and creating manual orders to help keep orders flowing as volume picks up.
📪 Update your website with shipping deadlines based on carrier cutoffs and our recommendations. See chart below.
🔄 Review your current return rate and look for ways to lower it before sales ramp up.
📦 Review your average monthly label costs with your Account Manager to see where you could be saving money on shipping.

🚛 Holiday Shipping Deadlines
|
Carriers have released their shipping deadlines (and surcharges) for Holiday 2025. We've charted them out for you below and over on our knowledgebase.
Some recommendations to keep in mind: - Pad carrier deadlines by a day or two to account for delays.
- Cut off your "express" shipping options by 12 pm Friday, December 19th. Nice Commerce does not ship orders out on weekends.

Now is a great time to address any slow-moving inventory taking up space and ballooning storage costs:
📈 Review your new Sales by SKU 2025* report (Shared Drive>7. Reporting and Invoicing). Identify products with high inventory levels and a low 30-day sell-through rate.
🔴 Earmark products for deep discounts during BFCM to drive traffic and help lessen storage costs going into the new year.
