Here with good news: the AWS outage that impacted ShipHero was resolved this morning, and fulfillment operations are back up and running!
Our team will be prioritizing oldest and expedited shipments first as they work through the backlog of orders from the weekend and Monday. We hope to be fully caught up and current by midday, tomorrow.

Per our agreements, our order cut-offs are estimates and subject to change during high-volume periods, preorders, out-of-stock backlogs, and other circumstances outside of our direct control such as holidays and weather. Since our WMS does not have the ability to exclude holidays from standard fulfillment days, some orders may present as late. We will work on oldest and expedited services for our fulfillment schedule post-holiday weekend.
