Sharing an afternoon update as the AWS outage continues to impact ShipHero, our warehouse management system.
As of this afternoon, ShipHero’s systems remain largely down, including label processing. Our team has paused fulfillment for the day to avoid any data issues while AWS and ShipHero complete their recovery and integrity checks.
In the meantime, our warehouse team has been making the most of the downtime: organizing inventory, prepping totes, and getting everything ready to hit the ground running once systems are back online.
We’re hopeful that systems will be fully restored by tomorrow morning and we will share an updated fulfillment outlook then.

Per our agreements, our order cut-offs are estimates and subject to change during high-volume periods, preorders, out-of-stock backlogs, and other circumstances outside of our direct control such as holidays and weather. Since our WMS does not have the ability to exclude holidays from standard fulfillment days, some orders may present as late. We will work on oldest and expedited services for our fulfillment schedule post-holiday weekend.
