We wanted to give you a quick heads up that a widespread Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage early this morning is impacting systems hosted on their cloud platform, including ShipHero, our warehouse management system.
While we’re still able to fulfill orders, certain systems like order picking and label processing are currently running much slower than normal, which may cause some delays in today’s fulfillment. The extent of the impact will depend on how quickly AWS and ShipHero can resolve the issue.
Our team is monitoring the situation closely and implementing work-arounds in the meantime to minimize delays as much as posible. We'll share updates as soon as we have them!

Per our agreements, our order cut-offs are estimates and subject to change during high-volume periods, preorders, out-of-stock backlogs, and other circumstances outside of our direct control such as holidays and weather. Since our WMS does not have the ability to exclude holidays from standard fulfillment days, some orders may present as late. We will work on oldest and expedited services for our fulfillment schedule post-holiday weekend.
