Whatever y'all did differently for Labor Day sales this year, IT WORKED.
Historically, Labor Day has always lagged 20-25% behind Memorial Day in order volume. But this year? The two sales weekends are neck and neck. We hope you're proud of the effort your team put in to make that happen, because we sure are!
To help prep for the surge, our weekend crew prepped 25% of the orders ahead of time to give today's team a leg up, and we're on track to be fully caught up by end of day tomorrow.
As we work through oldest and expedited orders first, make sure to check for any order holds that need your attention. And if anything needs extra prioritization, ping your Account Manager to get it on our radar!

Per our agreements, our order cut-offs are estimates and subject to change during high-volume periods, preorders, out-of-stock backlogs, and other circumstances outside of our direct control such as holidays and weather. Since our WMS does not have the ability to exclude holidays from standard fulfillment days, some orders may present as late. We will work on oldest and expedited services for our fulfillment schedule post-holiday weekend.
