One of the first improvements we’re implementing is a new client portal through BoldDesk, which will give you a more organized and efficient way to submit and track requests with our team

With BoldDesk, you'll be able to:

• Count on faster responses, thanks to a system built to capture everything our team needs to action your request quickly and completely. 
• Track requests through to resolution, with full visibility into where things stand along the way.
• Keep all communication in one place, so nothing gets lost or needs to be repeated.
• Get quick answers to common questions like order status and tracking, thanks to a direct integration with ShipHero.
  
  

What to Expect:

For now, no action is needed on your end. We’ll be rolling out the new system in phases over the next few weeks and will communicate with your team directly before implementation begins so you know what to expect. 

Our goal is to make this a thoughtful process and, most importantly, one that makes things easier and better for you.

On a personal note, I’m really excited to get to know each of you better and partner with you over the next few months. We have a lot of great things ahead, and I’m looking forward to delivering a Nice Commerce experience that’s better than ever!
