Howdy Nice Folks,

Dropping in with a fulfillment update after the long weekend:

First things first, you all crushed it with your holiday promos. This year's order volume blew past last year's July 4th numbers - major kudos to you and your teams for the incredible momentum. We love to see it!

Thanks to crew members pulling extra shifts this weekend, we're on track to ship out 85% of the weekend's DTC orders today (Monday), with the rest out by EOD Tuesday.

As a reminder, we are a first-in-first-out facility, prioritizing oldest and expedited shipments across all clients in the order they were received. To help keep things moving, continue to monitor any order holds and backordered units on your account - if anything needs prioritizing or extra eyes, loop in your Account Manager.

Per our agreements, our order cut-offs are estimates and subject to change during high-volume periods, preorders, out-of-stock backlogs, and other circumstances outside of our direct control such as holidays and weather. Since our WMS does not have the ability to exclude holidays from standard fulfillment days, some orders may present as late. We will work on oldest and expedited services for our fulfillment schedule post-holiday weekend.
