We're seeing the light at the end of the Q4 tunnel - we hope you all are too!

With the fulfillment push winding down, we wanted to pass along our operational schedule over the next two weeks as our team takes time to rest and celebrate the holidays:

Monday, December 23rd: 

• Normal operations

Tuesday, December 24th - Wednesday, December 25th: 

• Closed in observance of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
• FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL are non-operational on Christmas Day

Thursday, December 26th - Monday December 30th: 

• Normal operations, prioritizing fulfillment output on days with light staff.

Tuesday, December 31st: 

• Fulfilling all orders through our noon/same-day cut-off. 
• The support inbox will be monitored through 5 p.m.

Wednesday, January 1st: 

• Closed in observance of New Year's Day.
• FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL are non-operational.
