It’s not even Friday, and you’ve already kept us busy—Monday was our biggest fulfillment day EVER. Huge kudos to you all for crushing those early holiday sales. We’re fired up for what’s ahead!
Our warehouse will be closed tomorrow for Thanksgiving, but we’ll be running at full steam Friday through the weekend to get orders out fast. The [email protected] inbox will be monitored throughout the weekend, but if you need emergency off-hours assistance, you can call or text Maddy Moyer at 843-536-8681.

- Thursday, November 23rd: Thanksgiving - The warehouse and all carriers will be non-operational.
- Friday, November 24th: Black Friday - All ops will be focused on fulfillment. Inbound/outbound freight and SOW work is paused.
- Saturday, November 25th - Sunday, November 26th: We'll have teams working through the weekend to stay on top of orders. Account Managers will be monitoring [email protected].
- USPS will be making extra pickups on both Saturday + Sunday.
- Tuesday, November 28th: Inbound freight and SOW resumes.
- Wednesday, November 29th: Outbound freight resumes.

CX Heads Up: Due to incredibly high order volume over the next few weeks, we will be processing orders at lightning speed and will likely not be able to accommodate change requests for orders already submitted.
