As of last week, we've officially hit peak season and are seeing an impressive surge of orders coming in ahead of BFCM.

Our warehouse team is working at full capacity and eagerly tackling the increased orders, but as volume grows, some delays may be inevitable. To help keep fulfillment flowing smoothly, here are a few reminders:

• Continue to communicate with your Account Manager on priority or expedited orders.
• Routinely check for order holds and orders not ready to ship, and address any needs promptly.
• Share any sale additions or extensions so we can better anticipate warehouse staffing needs.
