FULFILLMENT DELAYS DUE TO FEDEX API DOWNTIME

Hey Nice Folks,
As of 12:30 p.m. today, we've been facing some challenges with Shippo and FedEx's API, affecting our fulfillment process.
Shippo's issues were resolved by 2 p.m., but unfortunately, we're still experiencing difficulties with FedEx, preventing us from processing their shipments.
Despite these hurdles, our team is working diligently to be as flexible and adaptable as possible. However, due to the high volume of orders and the ongoing issues, some delays in fulfillment are likely.
We'll continue to keep you updated. If you have any concerns about specific orders, please reach out to your Account Manager for assistance.

While Memorial Day is technically an OOO holiday for Nice staff, we've opened up a few fulfillment shifts to help stay on top of order volume. The warehouse will be operating at half capacity on:
• Sunday, May 26th • Monday, May 27th
*Note that FedEx, USPS, and UPS will not be running pickup or delivery services on Memorial Day.
