Hey Nice Folks,
First, we see y'all with your pre-memorial day sales this year. Our order volume on Monday surpassed Black Friday + Cyber Monday 2023, and the momentum hasn't slowed down. We're amazed and so proud!
Many of you have done so, but if you're running any Memorial Day promotions in the coming few weeks, could you please loop your Nice Account Manager in? This will help our team better anticipate volume and staffing needs effectively.
Lastly, with the unexpected early bump in fulfillment volume, we're tapping extra staffing resources to help get us current on orders this week. In addition, we're adding extra shifts on Memorial Day Weekend to keep up with the momentum.

While Memorial Day is technically an OOO holiday for Nice staff, we've opened up a few fulfillment shifts to help stay on top of order volume. The warehouse will be operating at half capacity on:
• Sunday, May 26th • Monday, May 27th
*Note that FedEx, USPS, and UPS will not be running pickup or delivery services on Memorial Day.
