We wanted to give you a quick heads up about a potential delay in USPS orders shipping out today.

Earlier this morning, our USPS shipping platform, Endicia, experienced a system-wide outage that temporarily prevented us from creating and printing USPS labels. We were able to implement a workaround by noon, and have been working steadily to catch up since.

That said, the temporary solution is slower than our standard process, so there may be a delay in some USPS orders shipping out as scheduled today.

The Endicia team is actively working on a permanent fix and expects full functionality to be restored by end of day. We’ll continue to monitor the situation closely and will update you if the issue persists into tomorrow.
