After months of negotiation, we’re excited to share that lower UPS rates are now live! Across the board, we’re currently seeing a 6–10% decrease in carrier costs when shipping with UPS instead of FedEx.

In addition, we now have access to UPS Ground Saver—a new, cost-effective service with rates especially competitive for 1–9 lb shipments compared to USPS and FedEx.

What to Know About UPS Ground Saver:

The new discounted service we’ve activated through UPS is an excellent alternative to FedEx or USPS if you're experiencing delays or want to reduce costs.

• For 1–10 lb shipments, it's often cheaper than FedEx Ground and heavier USPS Ground Advantage/Priority Mail packages

• For 0–1 lb shipments, it’s slightly more expensive than USPS — but often delivers faster.

• Packages stay in the UPS network (not handed off to USPS)

• Delivered 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, with a 1–7 business day delivery timeline

  • Although USPS advertises 3–5 day delivery for Priority, delays in their network can occur, and Ground Saver may be a more reliable option. 

What You Can Do:

If your account allows rate shopping, UPS Ground Saver may already be in use for eligible orders.

If your shipping methods are more fixed, and you're curious about switching to Ground Saver, your Account Manager can help you weigh the benefits and make adjustments.
